A national wireless infrastructure contractor needed a site that matched the seriousness of its work. We rebuilt it from the ground up. Technical SEO score moved from 52 to 92.

01 · THE BRIEF

A 25-year telecom heritage hidden behind a Wix template.

Concordia is a self-perform wireless infrastructure contractor with a 25-year track record of work across Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and US Cellular. The brand is national in scope and serious in operation.

The site they had didn't reflect any of that. A generic Wix template, stock photography of construction workers, social-media chiplets in the header, no positioning, no proof, and a technical SEO baseline that ranked them invisible to the searches that should have been finding them.

The brief: rebuild the site so it looks and performs like the company actually does.

We ran our standard SEO audit on the existing site, rebuilt against the findings, then ran the same audit on the launched site. Five of seven scored a perfect 100 on the rebuild; the remaining two cleared 84 and 99.

Editorial design system, not a template.

Specimen-grade hero

Replaced the stock-photo carousel with a confident editorial hero: large-format serif accent on "Infrastructure Constructors," a US coverage map showing 25+ active states with future-expansion legend. The map is commercial copy, not decoration.

Multi-brand design system

Concordia operates three sub-brands (Wireless, EV, Fiber). The system we built is shared across all three, with per-brand accent colour and motif variations. Same scaffolding, distinct identities.

Schema and indexation discipline

Every page ships with Organization, LocalBusiness, Service, and BreadcrumbList schema. Sitemap regenerated and submitted via Google Search Console on launch day. No orphan URLs, no 404 sitemap declarations, no concatenated anchor text.
